MUSCLE BUILDING & BODY COMPOSITION

Muscle building is extremely important. It enhances your strength, quality of life and your ability to do more. Not to mention how much more confident and stronger you will feel. There is a stigma around the term 'too bulky' when building muscle for females. When in reality that is not the case. My customised program will be tailored to your goals and fitness level. So you can be the best version of yourself!

WEIGHT LOSS

Whether it’s losing weight, body composition, trimming and toning, My program is to help you lose weight in a more sustainable way. There will be no need for restrictive diets like 'keto' or 'intermittent fasting'. You will still be able to eat the foods your love, while training to the best of your ability.

REHABILITATION & INJURY PREVENSION

I offer Rehabilitation programs to those who have had injuries in the past or recently. All of my programs are risk-free and I can guarantee it will help improve any past or present injuries, as well as prevent them.

MY PASSION

Fitness has been a strong passion of mine ever since I can remember. For years i suffered from a bad relationship with food and excessive exercise. I am proud to say that I have learned to love myself for who I am and to recognise that food and exercise are not the enemy, but give us freedom and help us become stronger in our beautiful bodies. My mission is to help all women of any abilities to grow not only in strength but also in themselves.
